Missouri HealthNet (Medicaid) – Application Help

Program (statewide) provides health coverage for eligible low-income individuals and families, helping with medical costs and benefits like long-term care.

Services: Health insurance coverage to help pay for doctor visits, prescriptions, hospital care, and more.

Hours: State office hours vary (typically Monday–Friday).

Rural Parish Mobile Clinic (Medical & Dental)

Mobile medical and dental services serving uninsured rural residents (<200% federal poverty).

Services: Primary care and dental services provided in underserved areas.

Hours: Mobile schedule varies. Call for dates and locations.

IFM Community Medicine / Community Clinics

Serves uninsured/underinsured and underserved residents, offering physicals, sick visits, preventive care, and referrals.

Remote Area Medical (RAM) Free Healthcare Clinics

Provides periodic free medical, dental, and vision services through pop-up events across Missouri.

Mercy JFK Clinic (Uninsured/Underinsured Care)

Serves individuals within federal poverty guidelines with medical care through Mercy Hospital program;
